Super Robot Taisen puts you at the forefront of the battle for human advancement. Our scientific development came to a halt after two meteors hit the Earth. The collisions led to a period of stagnation and violence, until a third meteor strike proved to be a blessing. After investigating, the few remaining scientists discovered that the "meteor" contained technology previously unknown to man. Realizing that the owners of this ship would eventually come looking for it, the world stopped its violence & came together for a common cause. As they studied this incredible new science, they began using it to build defenses -- creating powerful mobile battle units called Personal Troopers. Now, the human race watches the skies and waits for an invasion from beyond...
