Shipping and Handling to and from (Hitgaming) is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. If you receive a damaged or defective product please follow these instructions. In most cases, a dinged package does not mean that your products have been damaged. If after opening and inspecting your package you find a damaged or broken item, or if your item just does not function properly contact us to arrange a return.
We will accept returns for all defective items, and every attempt will be made to replace the item with an identical item in working condition. If no identical item is available, the customer will have the choice of receiving a similar item of equal value or a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a replacement item is available.
To process your return please obtain prior return authorization from us via e-mail or telephone before mailing your item back. Please include your full name, original order number, and your return shipping address along with the item to be returned.

We are human, and sometimes mistakes do occur. If for any reason you are shipped the wrong item by mistake we will need the item returned to us. After the customer returns the item we will ship the correct item immediately and reimburse the customer shipping costs at the USPS first class rate only. We cannot ship the correct item until the other is returned. We will not take returns on opened games! If you receive a game in error and open it, we will not accept it as a return! Thanks!
